2025 Board of Directors Election Nominees

Vice President
Patti Whalen

First Vice President Candidate Patti Whalen is a broker/owner of EXIT TLC Realty and co-owner of EXIT Realty Pros TN. She holds the ABR, AHWD, CRB, e-pro, MRP, PMN, PSA, RENE, SFR, SRES, SRC and C2EX designations and certifications. Patti is a member of WCR, RRC, REBI, CRE and CRS. Over the years she has served on ETNR committees including Grievance and Professional Standards. Patti has served two terms on the ETNR Board of Directors as Loudon County Chapter chair.
At the state level, Patti has served for several years on TREEF and is currently serving as TREEF's president. Patti is a strong advocate for RPAC and achieved Hall of Fame status. She has served several years as a TR director. Outside of real estate, Patti is a member of HBAGK and the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Loudon.
Patti is seeking the position “due to my desire and passion to serve for the greater good of ETNR and its members.”
Andrew McGranaghan

First Vice President Candidate Andrew McGranaghan is the chief development officer and partner of Wallace Real Estate. He currently serves as a general director on the ETNR Board of Directors. Over the years, Andrew has served on ETNR committees and task forces including Public Policy, Governmental Affairs, Grievance and multiple election candidate task forces.
At the state level, Andrew has served two years on the Public Policy committee. Andrew is a strong advocate for RPAC and is a regular major investor. He has served several years as TR director. Outside of real estate, he is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville. He is a multi-year member of Nucleus, United Way Ambassador, Knoxville Fellows program mentor and a Susannah’s House volunteer.
Andrew is seeking the position because he believes “we are at a pivotal crossroads that demands strong, creative leadership.”
Commercial Director
Louise Frazier

Commercial Director Candidate Louise Frazier is the broker/founder of Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. overseeing leasing, sales and property management for various commercial properties. She currently is in her second year as chair of the ETNR Commercial Committee. Over the years, Louise has served on numerous committees, task forces and presidential advisory groups, including the Nominating Committee and Bylaws Advisory Group. She is a regular RPAC investor.
Louise’s other recognitions and awards:
- CCIM member since 1996, including CCIM Deal of the Year (2010), CCIM Office Broker of the Year (2015), and East Tennessee Chapter CCIM President (1999 and 2015)
- SIOR member since 2015
- IREM member since 1992
- The Development Corporation of Knox County, board member
- University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Associates, 2020 chair
- CoStar Impact Award, 2022 Lease of the Year Warner Bros. Discovery.
Outside of commercial real estate, Louise is an active supporter of several nonprofits and currently serves on the Girl Talk, Inc. Board of Directors. She is a Leadership Knoxville graduate.
Louise is seeking the position “to represent fellow commercial Realtors in key decisions and to help shape policy and practices that affect the local market.”
General Director (two-year term)
Katie Beeler

General Director Candidate Katie Beeler is a Realtor and Property Manager with LeConte Realty, LLC. She holds the ABR, Green, GRI, MRP, PSA and RENE designations. Katie is a 2023 Leadership KAAR graduate and served on the Community Involvement committee.
At the state level, Katie has served on the Grievance committee and is currently the committee’s vice chair. She is a 2025 A.R.E.A. class member and will graduate from the program this fall. She is a regular RPAC investor.
Outside of real estate, Katie is a Leadership Blount graduate, Maryville Kiwanis board member and is active with New Hope Children’s Advocacy Center and the LeConte Realty Foundation. Katie is seeking the position because she “cares deeply about the industry, the agents who make it work and the communities we serve.”
General Director (three-year term)
Pat McGill

General Director Candidate Pat McGill is a principal broker/co-owner of Realty Executives Associates. She holds the GRI, ABR and CRB designations. Currently, she serves on the ETNR Benevolent Fund Board of Directors. Over the years, Pat has been active with ETNR, including serving on the Board of Directors in 2014, the MLS Committee and as the Blount County Chapter chair. She was secretary and president of the Blount County Association of Realtors. Pat is a RPAC advocate and served as 2024 RPAC Chair, successfully leading the association to reach its goals for the first time ever!
Outside of real estate, Pat is active in her community and has served on numerous community and civic organizations, including leadership roles. Currently she serves as a director for the Blount Partnership/Chamber of Commerce and board member of Blount County Youth Court. She is a member of the United Way Pillars Society. Pat graduated from Leadership Blount in 2013.
Pat is seeking the position because she believes “our industry is looking at big changes in how we do business. I believe in the integrity of this profession and want to see it flourish.”
General Director (three-year term)
Rachel Wright

General Director Candidate Rachel Wright is the principal broker of Noble Realty. She holds the ABR and SRS designations. In addition, she holds membership in the Real Estate Business Institute and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. She is the current MLS Committee chair. Rachel is a Leadership KAAR graduate and has served on numerous ETNR committees and task forces, including the scholarship selection task force and multiple MLS Presidential Advisory Groups. Currently, as approved by the Board of Directors, she is completing a half-year term on the directorate created when Director Jessica Catapano relocated out of state. Rachel is a regular RPAC investor.
Outside of real estate, Rachel serves on the Carrie On Events board of directors as its sponsorship liaison. She owns several businesses and properties in the South Knoxville community. Rachel is seeking the position because she “believes in giving back to an industry that has given so much to her and to foster a community where every member can thrive.”
